My Picks from NAMM 2010

NAMM 2010 was definitely the biggest and coolest music industry event of the year. Found myself more interested in technical stuffs. Guitars or amps didn't even intrigue me at all. I was looking for something unique, innovative and yet organic. However there weren't much new and excitements that haven't been done before. Here are my favorite picks from the show.

The most unique - Dulcimer from Folkcraft. Here's a video uploaded on Youtube.

The best mic - Blue Yeti. The cool thing about the show is to be able to try out different mics including high end Neumann. The performance of the affordable Blue mic is surprisingly great. Rich warm sound with clarity. Who says the most expensive is the best?

The most artistic booth design - Ibanez.

The one product I will buy - Sonnus G2M.
